GTZ Carrier Rate Integrations

Need to save time processing LTL shipments?  Tired of expensive address typos in the shipping department?  Shipping Party has the answer!  A Chrome browser extension that utilizes the full features of the GlobalTranz Carrier Rate linked to your Savant WMS data.

1. Login (pictured on left).

2. Scan ERP Order/Shipment Numbers (pictures continue below).

3. Savant data is automatically populated to GlobalTranz website.

4. Manually type in the ready time, scan the Pro# and that's it!

After logging in, users are then prompted for a Savant WMS Order ID through the Chrome browser extension to retrieve shipper and consignee data to populate fields on the GlobalTranz website pages.  (See more screen snips below).

Each page in the quote process receives information automatically.  The necessary fields are populated based on real-time data coming from Savant's API and with some additional user entered info such as number of pallets and weight.

The standard process within the GlobalTranz Carrier Rate2 platform is utilized and the browser extension saves you time from having to look up addresses or manually entering.  No more copy & paste -- the crucial data comes directly from Savant WMS to ensure accuracy!  

After completing the process, Savant is automatically updated accordingly with data from the site such as Carrier Name, Tracking (Pro#), and the associated freight costs which are ultimately sent to your ERP system such as Acumatica or Microsoft Dynamics. 

The browser extension is provided at no cost for GlobalTranz customers assigned to Shipping Party that already have the most current version of Savant's WMS software and working API access.
